Store Manager - Wholesale Industrial Supply As Branch Manager, you'll be empowered to make key decisions that touch every aspect of the business, including sales, merchandising, inventory, budgeting, productivity, employee development and training. Working as a Branch Manager, you will enjoy a professional environment dealing with a savvy business-to-business customer base, and you will be able to maintain a solid work-life balance due to limited weekend commitments. As the leader of the store, you'll act as both a guide and a guru, developing your staff to take the initiative to increase customer satisfaction and sales. Your success will be measured by your team's ability to achieve business goals, by growing sales and ensuring excellent service.
