Manufacturing Technician Reflexite a manufacterurer of microstrutured plastic films has an immediate opening for two 3rd shift and two 2nd shift Technicians at our Avon CT facility. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent: have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with resins and solvents. Must be dependable, trustworthy, quality conscious, adaptable to change and willing to work overtime. Polymer film experience, web material handling are a plus. Prior manufacturing experience is required. Reflexite is a fast growing employee owned company offering: competitive salary, excellent benefits, stock ownership and monthly bonus. The job will pay $12.50 per hour (after training and transferring to the off shift, will receive 10% shift differential for 2nd shift and 15% differential for the 3rd shift). After a 90 day period, will be reviewed and have an opportunity for an increase if performance warrants it.
