| Maintenance Mechanic Maintenance Mechanic Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor Hours: Shifts are 3:30 pm to 11 pm & 11 pm - 7:30 am M-S 40 hours per week, there may be some overtime. Hours are based on a schedule that is posted weekly. SUMMARY OF JOB: To maintain and improve upon production equipment and facility.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life, Short-term and Long-term disability insurances. 401k with 4% company match, vacation, sick and holiday pay. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB:• Maintain efficient operations of all production equipment • Keep equipment functioning by cleaning, lubricating, and greasing parts. • Prolongs endurance of equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules. • Documents actions by completing maintenance logs. • Maintains supplies by checking stock and logging in parts used daily • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices and electrical sources (troubleshooting malfunctions). • Maintains safe and clean working environment. • Contributes to team effort, and has good communication skills Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Physical Requirements- 50lbs. lifting Education Requirements- High School Education Completed N8 School on H5 Experience Requirements- Computer and customer service skills has 5 years experience in plant maintenance field Language Skills – English Mathematical Skills – Basic addition Physical Demands – Bending, climbing, etc. Work Environment – All environments in the plant, cold and heat, work with chemicals. | |
